We design and develop cutting-edge amplifiers & electronics, with the aim of always enhancing their performance. Our custom PCB analog strain gauge amplifiers have high resolution and high speed, with offset and gain adjusted by micro-controller. Most of the strain gauge amplifier parameters are programmable by the user via a USB connection and laptop. Thanks to our strain gauge amplifiers’ compact size, we are able to bond them close to the gauges, which will reduce noise on the signal.
Strain Gauge Services
When you are looking to measure strain on your vehicle or structure, Remote Mechanical Sensing (RMS) is there to instrument your mechanical parts with strain gauges. RMS provides services for tension, compression, flexion, and torque. We offer strain gauge bonding with amplifiers for most applications, we integrate our amplifier next to the strain gauge bridge. Over and above the strain gauge bonding and amplification, our service includes temperature compensation cycles and calibration for each manufactured part.
Gear shift sensors
Following our work in force measurement, we have been developing a range of gear shift sensors based on strain gauge technology. The gear shift sensors provide information to the vehicle's electronics while performing gear changes without engaging the clutch.
